Serialization and Service Support
Version 2 expansion pods include a serial number for service and support tracking. Version 2 pods display this serial number as a barcode on the ESD packaging and product box packaging, and as a QR code on the device-mounting face of the expansion pod. Customers can read this QR code using the Archer 4 QR scanner. Customers should retain this information for future service requests.
Warranty and Support
Version 1
A 90-day standard warranty covers Version 1 products, which do not include serialization.
Version 2
Version 2 products include serialization, enabling traceability through inventory and sales records. These products also carry a 2-year extended warranty, and the GNSS Pod qualifies for Platinum Care.
