End of life for the Mesa 3 Windows

Announced to partners and dealers 11 Feb 2025:

End of life for production of the Mesa 3 Windows was March 31, 2025. It is recommended to transition to the Mesa 4 running Windows 11. Repair services for the Mesa 3 Windows will continue to be provided for 3-5 years or until announced at a later time.
