Disable automatic updates from Juniper Systems on Mesa 4

On the Mesa 4, if desiring to disable the automatic notification of updates from Juniper Systems (as appear in Device Settings), the following Windows registry key must be changed.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Juniper Systems]
    “CheckForUpdatesAutomatically”=DWORD:0

Set to 0 to disable checking for updates automatically, or 1 to check.
