Enhanced battery firmware parameters

The battery firmware parameters have been enhanced to even further reduce the already rare condition as described at the following web page.

One or both batteries are stuck at 7 percent charge

If you have a battery pack that can not be corrected using the suggestions at that web page, please submit the battery to our repair center to use ULPMC 14 to apply this enhancement. Otherwise, a replacement battery can be purchased.
