DEVICE NOT SHOWING IN FILE EXPLORER

Sometimes when plugging in the device to the computer it does not show up in file explorer. the following steps should help the device become visible to the computer. 

On the PC go to :

• Device Manager.
• Right click on device not working ( more than likely it will have a yellow triangle next to the name). Select Properties.
• Select Driver Tab.
• Select Update Driver.
• Select Browse my Computer.
• Select Let me pick from a list.
• Select Android Phone.
• Select MTP USB Device.

Now check to see if your device is visible in File Explorer.
