7 Jul 2014

Logan, UT — Juniper Systems is headed to the Esri User Conference held July 14 – 18 in San Diego, CA. The Esri UC is a major attraction each year for GIS professionals and vendors from all over the world.

Stationed in booth #1118, Juniper Systems will have its ultra-rugged handheld computers on display, including the new Archer 2™. A choice handheld for GIS users, the Archer 2 comes with a superior GNSS receiver for reliable performance, a super-bright, sunlight-readable IllumiView™ display, and a top-notch IP68 rating, meaning it’s completely waterproof and dustproof. Juniper Systems will also be showcasing its Mesa® Rugged Notepad, another favorite of GIS professionals, thanks to its large 5.7-inch display, perfect for viewing maps and other graphical data.

In the way of exciting news, Esri UC will be the first conference attended by Cedar Tree Technologies, a new rugged handheld company founded by Juniper Systems. Cedar Tree will be located in booth #1607 and will have their handheld product lineup on display as well.

“Attending Esri is always a great opportunity to get to know other professionals in the GIS industry and see the industry’s latest advancements,” said Debbie Trolson, Geomatics Market Manager at Juniper Systems. “Juniper Systems’ products are perfect for GIS users in that they are extremely rugged, reliable, and specially designed to improve productivity.”
