Front-facing camera hardware change on Mesa 3 Android

Due to end of life parts and compatibility with some future optional OS releases, replacement front-facing camera hardware is now being provided on new Mesa 3 Android units going forward. This is provided starting on serial number 304060 and later. The specifications of the camera have not changed. Though most likely not necessary in most cases, previous Mesa 3 Android units can be retrofitted at a certified repair center.
