Below are descriptions of and links to our Field PC warranty options. We allow warranty purchases or renewals up to an unprecedented five years from the original product ship date. Please select from the list below.

Check Warranty Status

Note: The Archer Field PC serial number can be found on a white label beneath the battery. The Allegro Field PC serial number can be found inside the battery compartment on a white label beneath the compartment door hinge.

 

Order Extended Warranty

To order an Extended Warranty, please fill out the form at:

An Extended Warranty Program can be purchased with any new Archer or Allegro Field PC, or it can be purchased later as long as the order is placed within the product`s standard 1-year warranty period.

An Extended Warranty Program can be purchased for a product that is currently out of warranty only if the product is still within 5-years from the original shipment date. The currently out of warranty product must also be returned on a Repair (RMA) Order for warranty certification by an authorized repair technician. In this case, an Extended Warranty Program can only be purchased for the number of years remaining within the 5-years from the original shipment date.
