Device not recognized immediately after Reset

Sometimes a connected device (USB, CF, SDIO, etc.) that has its own drivers and/or app installed may not be recognized immediately after performing a Reset on the rugged handheld computer.

 

Most often the device will be recognized again only once the user has performed an additional Suspend and Resume, or has detached then re-attached the device.

 

A permanent solution to this issue may be to properly sign the driver and/or app software with a security certificate as described at the following webpage.
