Quality Management and Continuous Improvement

At Juniper Systems we are always striving to improve our products and maintain a high standard of quality. Our Quality Management and Continuous Improvement group work to ensure that this is a constant focus. They establish processes to prevent and correct quality issues, provide quality tools, information and assistance, and assure that all products conform to requirements and specifications.

 

Accounting and Finance

Keeping our accountants payable and receivable straight, the Accountant and Finance group analyze financial records and reports, prepare financial and statistical reports, provide information to managers regarding accounting practices and procedures, and reconcile general ledger accounts.

 

Information Technology Systems

Any website or internal computer issues are reported to the on-site IT group. The IT group at Juniper Systems provides computer networking expertise, ensures individual computing work stations are running, telephone systems are operational, and related services and maintenance for the company are “all systems go.”

This group is also responsible for document control of any part information, including specifications, drawings or related documentation.

 

Human Resources

Working mostly on the internal level, the Human Resources department deals with hiring, performance management, employee safety, wellness and benefits, company motivation, internal communications, administration and employee training. This department works to ensure that all employees are engaged at Juniper Systems, and feel important in their role here.
